BeoordelingOh wat kijk ik uit naar november 2018. dan loopt nl mijn eenjarige contract af bij Ziggo. Hoera. Wat een ellende. De ene storing is nog niet verholpen of de andere begint weer. In de eerste drie maanden heb ik 7 verschillende monteurs over de vloer gehad met als resultaat dat mijn 2e tv regelmatig uit valt en slechte verbinding heeft. De Horizon-mediabox is een drama. Regelmatig uitvallen, hele spul weer resetten, stekkers er uit en dan weer hopen dat hij het gaat doen. De Wifi is gewoon slecht. De reclame van overal wifi is mooi maar niet waar. Buiten in mijn tuin heb ik geen wifi en op de eerste verdieping ook niet. Nooit meer aan beginnen, gewoon maar weer naar de DSL aansluiting van de KPN. !
